Job description and summary
A career in sales and marketing, within the company’s internal services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning PwC’s distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving the company’s long-term revenue growth. You will focus on the design, development and implementation of communication programs and media events to promote and sell the brand and PwC services as well as contribute to our pricing strategies and market evaluation.

Our Visual Communications team defines how to visually represent PwC’s key strategic initiatives and business objectives. You will assist the team in designing corporate visual branding, developing creative strategy, and media design ideas.

The purpose of the role:
We are looking for a motion graphics expert to join our Communications Consulting team, who reports to the Communications Consulting Manager. This role, located in Jordan/Beirut and on an associate level, will help us enhance our visual communications and transform the way we tell our story to our inner audience.

The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating highly engaging animations for a variety of media for Consulting’s internal communications, including smartphones, tablets and web artwork for a variety of communications platforms, internal campaigns and consulting events.

Daily Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for working alongside an in-house communications consulting team that assists in creating, then bringing to life assets and delivering high quality, innovative animated graphic content that integrates seamlessly with PwC’s brand guidelines. When needed and during high momentum phases, you will also join efforts with a broader creative team to support your consulting communications requirements. This is a role for a creative person with excellent aesthetic judgment and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from concept development to final edits.

Basic tasks:
Create highly complex and attractive animations for a variety of media, including smartphones, web-based communications, and internal intranets.
Pioneering the creation of animated storyboards.
Preparing conceptual blueprints for animation projects.
– Participation in brainstorming sessions to exchange new design ideas and views.
Assist in selecting appropriate sound, graphics and animation styles for each project.
– Encode, convert, edit videos and add effects/elements to improve animation.
Support the design and illustration team with photo/video editing and custom designs.
Responsible for coaching and developing team members on minor design improvements.
Keeping abreast of developments in animation as well as new techniques and techniques, contemporary trends in production design, and popular music to present cutting-edge works.
Utilize existing PwC design templates for internal communications and events.

Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years of graphic design experience including video production design and animation.
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics is preferred.
– Strong portfolio displaying cutting edge digital design skills

basic skills:
Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Flash.
Skilled in visual storytelling, especially in leadership slides [Google Slides]
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand and support PwC brand style guidelines.
A creative thinker with the ability to communicate a range of complex messages through an unforgettable visual design.
Effective time management and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A person who pays attention to detail and who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
