Consulting Client Solution Manager
Responsible for sales of Oracle Consulting Services.
Responsible for selling a subset of solutions and consulting services. Drive the collection and reuse of intellectual property in positioning consulting solutions. Demonstrates the credibility of Oracles solutions at all levels, but with a special focus on board members and other key decision makers in the customer organization. Understands customer needs and challenges and is able to relate them to a suite of solutions offered by Oracle. Able to provide illustrations and presentations. Provides bespoke expertise in creating technology solutions for specific needs and for creating cross-platform solutions when needed. Lead key strategic sales programs and initiatives in line with license sales. Able to play a major role in the solution when necessary. Participates in the strategic planning of accounts, and can do so for key accounts where there is significant knowledge of the solution suite, including competitive offerings, solution-enabled solutions, case studies of applications, links to development teams, and information on developing future solutions.
8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Ability to communicate and develop strong working relationships with clients so that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and present proposals to the client using extensive knowledge of Oracle’s service offerings. Able to create advisory services, sponsorship and close transaction. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, provides direction and guidance to others. The work is highly non-routine and complex, and involves the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
