We are looking for a construction manager with foundation experience to join our ongoing project in NEOM.
A normal week includes:
* Manage and understand the daily construction management of the project.
* Responsible for the on-site management of foundation erection activities at a senior level.
* Be responsible for the performance of the piling contractor and/or the advisory construction supervision teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Be the primary project leader interacting with client representatives to coordinate piling contractor and/or subcontractor activities to ensure the orderly and efficient completion of projects.
* Provide leadership and accountability for project performance.
* Proactive leadership of the overall planning of piling activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
* Define team requirements for specified scope and schedule.
* General management understanding of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for project management.
* Provides direction for planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* At least 15 years of experience with a proven track record of working experience in pilings
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Preferably a certified professional
* Worked for consulting firms internationally (preferred, not necessary)
* They have excellent communication skills
