We are looking for a Construction Manager to join the ongoing Hotel Fit Out project in Riyadh.
A normal week includes:
* Act as the representative of the owners in all matters related to construction
* Develop construction management plan on behalf of PMC
* Review contractors construction management plans
* Monitor construction activities and perform audits to identify non-compliance, problem areas and risks in order to mitigate them
* Evaluation of construction personnel proposed by contractors
* Evaluate construction progress and make recommendations
* Provides direction for planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required
* Preparing letters and instructions on behalf of the client
* Support Contract Management Teams in reviewing Claims, Vos and Payment Certificates
* Support the HSEQ team to ensure the project is managed properly
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* At least 10-15 years of industrial experience managing and delivering large and/or complex building construction projects, to high standards and fast-track software
* At least 10 years experience in hotel renovation and/or fit out
* Effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals
*Must be familiar with contractual issues related to construction projects and have good working knowledge of the FIDIC Red Book.
*Must have previous experience in a PMCM environment (Program Management, Construction Management)
