Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job title:
Providing high quality administrative and commercial advisory services to our local and international clients in setting up their business in the United Arab Emirates, in addition to coordinating and handling their administrative and operational requirements after incorporation and throughout the operational cycle. The Customer Services Officer is required to provide effective and proactive support to our new and existing clients with the aim of providing excellent service and assistance in a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1) Incorporation of companies in all free zones and states of the UAE Ministry of Economy (Free Zone Corporation, LLC, IBC, Sole Proprietorship, Branch Incorporation, etc.)
2) Renew the license of companies established by us, as well as new customers who request such services from us.
3) To manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal for our clients.
4) To prepare and manage client account opening documents, forms, records and other relevant company files.
5) Liaise on a daily basis with relevant authorities including but not limited to government and free zone authorities, ministerial departments, free zone customer services, agencies, law firms, courts, notaries, consulates, embassies, customs authorities, and printing centers. Chambers, municipalities, translators and similar third parties.
6) Liaise on a daily basis with clients, PRO functions and accounts of our company (or external functions such as courier, print center, local sponsor, etc.) to manage the operational and administrative requirements of the incorporation process or other services offered to our clients.
7) Coordinate and manage daily routine correspondence to existing clients on various topics as/when needed.
8) To communicate with new clients to provide correct and updated information about the possible options for establishing their companies in the United Arab Emirates in relation to their areas of business interest and planned investment and to inquire about it. Suggest viable alternatives commensurate with their purpose of establishing their company. To ensure that the most convenient and cost-effective options are offered to our clients, in line with their requirements and company policies/procedures as technical competence is demonstrated to clients in comparing different jurisdictions and company structures.
9) To provide and promote the Company’s services to potential clients and maintain a professional relationship with them, as well as with our business partners, solution providers and partners in the UAE, Middle East, Europe and other locations. To manage and develop key relationships with key clients.
10) To follow up and coordinate post-setup services like corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial audit, monthly services, immigration and visa (tourism, visit, employment, accommodation) related services, office management services etc.
11) To conduct due diligence on new and existing clients as/when required. To follow up and implement KYC and other relevant compliance actions from third parties, banks and jurisdictions.
12) Creating and managing multiple accounts in the authority and/or government agencies Internet portals, electronic systems and applications.
13) Accounting for Clients’ Clients who receive our services – ensuring that the information and documents up to date in our systems and files are up-to-date, accurate and complete. To maintain the correctness of the accounts and registered information, as well as the security of the private and confidential information of customers made available to us.
14) Develop competence and understanding of the rules, regulations and practices in force in the United Arab Emirates in relation to the tasks and responsibilities being undertaken.
15) To keep an up-to-date and complete hard copy and electronic copy of all documents relating to daily tasks and supporting operational and archival purposes.

17) Tasks are defined in an efficient and direct manner, within the company’s policies and procedures.
18) To maintain at all times a high level of confidentiality regarding customer and company documents, files, data, officers, employees, procedures, policies and knowledge.

Accurate. requirements:
1) The candidate must have excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
2) Knowledge of Turkish, Arabic or any European language will be the preference in choosing
candidate.
