Job purpose:
• Coordination and supervision of media communications campaigns and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the successful implementation of the approved communications plan.
• Support strategic initiatives and oversee the delivery of key communication projects
• Support external and internal communication teams as required
• Support marketing initiatives in close coordination with internal stakeholders
• Leading special projects assigned by the Director of the Department
• Coordinates internally with other departments and externally with agency, suppliers and the public
• Taking care of stakeholders’ requirements and facilitating their requests
• Oversee the delivery of events along with the brands and external communication team
• Supporting CSR initiatives and proposed new initiatives based on the approved CSR policy and guidelines
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Mass Communication or Media
• Experience: 7+ years experience in Marketing Communications/Advertising with an Advertising Agency in Qatar
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build business relationships and create strong networks across the local market
• Strong Arabic and English (spoken and written), and communication
