– Check the products’ shelf life, mark the production/expiration date on each product and report the numbers of wasted products
– Follow security/fire/safety procedures as per set rules and regulations and report any incidents to the hierarchy
Receive food orders and prepare and display ordered items in accordance with established recipes, HACCP standards, portion control practices, and item display guidelines
Participate in the tasks of opening and closing the bakery in accordance with internal standards and procedures and contribute to the storage and receipt of goods when needed
Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation at all times during the shift by cleaning the refrigerator, shelves and counter, and sharpening knives and cleaning tools at the end of the shift
Check at the start of his shift that the products ordered for his service station are on hand according to the set parity level and the order status of products from the in-store
Maintain good product/food knowledge to be able to answer any queries and provide feedback when needed
qualifications
– High school diploma is a plus
– 0-1 years experience in Food and Beverage Operations
