Commis Chef is responsible for preparing a consistent, high quality food product and assuring courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that upholds the outlet operating concept and Hayat international standards.

qualifications
1 year work experience as a commis chef or 2 years as an apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards/basic culinary skills/good knowledge of hygiene
