Required to join the management team of a large scale industrial center in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing relationships and negotiating agreements/deales with operators for essential services and franchises in this large location. It must be ensured that all service partners comply with the terms of their contracts and all contracts are negotiated for the benefit of the customer.
Other responsibilities
• Perform complex analysis on excel and develop financial models
• Provide support for potential and actual transactions and assists clients in all aspects of transaction operational integration, before and after completion
• Support the client in developing business models for capital investments, taking into account all relevant financial metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR, Cash Flow, P&L, etc.) including financial impact assessment to ascertain benefits.
• Conducting a strategic cost analysis to support the client’s business decision-making process for future activities and investments.

Degree in Business Administration, Business Administration or extensive experience in this field
Extensive experience in commercial management, supplier relationship management, contract management and procurement
Proven track record of attracting and buying franchises/operators for large scale developments in the Middle East
