Situation Summary

The Commercial Development Executive is responsible for developing and deploying category strategies by delivering growth in the country that reflects the consumer, shopper, channel and customer dynamics to win in the market.

Facilitate the flow of category information and experience to and from both sales and marketing Ensure that category strategies are supported by strong fact-based arguments on an ongoing basis Analyze shopper behavior to gain shopper insights.
Analyze and make recommendations/action plans for country retail audit reports (market share, distribution, etc.) where possible, and regularly analyze key customer sale data to win the trade.
Recommend and implement the optimized package price structure (the right package at the right price in the right channel and ensure that Nestlé and customer profit expectations are satisfactory) by fully understanding consumer, shopper and customer needs across priority distribution channels.
Responsible for tracking and maintaining the expenditure category in the country and reporting accurately.
Identify growth opportunities and key drivers of the category, track implementation of plans, identify final gaps, and propose actions to bridge the gaps and achieve the target (MBPC).
Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to improve promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation, challenge effectiveness, financing and mechanics, consistently applying the Keep/Modify/Drop mentality, balancing business investment with customer tactics and needs to improve ROI.
Define and review the success picture of the category in each priority channel to enable its implementation and improvement. Efficiently increase availability and visibility in physical and digital stores with perfect POS implementation and Planograms update.
Lead the Commercial Planning Process (ICP) to ensure timely cross-functional inputs and alignment with key category, brand, channel, shoppers, customer growth opportunities and ICP activation platforms.
Develop channel solutions and contribute to building commercially compliant business cases and key initiatives that address future channel growth opportunity by leveraging our category strategies. Bring actionable insights that will inspire clients to implement aligned category strategy and initiatives.

– Bachelor’s degree
One to two years of experience in commercial marketing, sales or shopper management
Demonstrate a track record of success and high performance
Understand the main business functions and sales process
– Strong analytical and negotiation skills
