Manama, October 26 (BNA) Commander of the Coast Guard Major General Alaa Siyadi received today the Commander of the US Coast Guard, Admiral Carl Schultz, on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. He welcomed the official and his accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of these visits to enhance maritime security cooperation.
The meeting shed light on the tasks of the Coast Guard in maintaining security and preventing smuggling and breaking the law.
The US official visited the Naval Operations Center and was briefed on its duties in maintaining security and safety.
