what are you going to do
Our trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to the front lines in compliance with both the Brand Owners Materials and the annual training calendar. Our trainer needs to be able to fulfill any customized training requests, customize training materials for audience and setup logistics. In addition, our coach must be able to provide reports to the managers on the results of the exercises being performed.
• Provide input, as needed, to managers for any local training needs while preparing the training calendar
• Schedule training sessions with relevant stakeholders and ensure logistic readiness
• Leading training courses/programs in adherence to the specified training calendar
• Manage all assigned training requests in coordination with people managers/partners
• Create brand awareness on the front lines
• Provide training to the business team (retail brands and mandates) through the use of advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques
• Provide product training to retail brand teams
• Provide interior design training related to the category/products sold
• Conduct assessments of learners and the effectiveness of learning materials and approaches
• A report on the observations collected from the relevant participants and supervisors, to assess the effectiveness of the training and its impact on the participants
