The Cloud Sales Engagement Manager (SEM) leads the planning and execution of program activities designed to support an SME’s cloud sales organization in achieving their consumption and reservation goals. The role provides strategic direction and advice on programmatic execution and customer engagement to sales leaders, sales managers, and FLMs, aligning the company’s mission with market trends and team goals.

SEM’s primary responsibilities are
Draw and lead a consolidated plan of program activities that align with SMB Cloud organization’s business needs, corporate strategy, and team goals.
Design, disseminate and improve (through a continuous cycle of feedback) on program implementation progress
Track, measure and interact with regional workload creation trends and workload inventory development.
Organize collaboration and planning along with various support functions working around the SME cloud sales team, leveraging each organization’s strength and expertise
Skills and Experience Required
More than 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales in IT companies or in complex matrix organizations.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application creation and/or program management is required
Commercial acumen and understanding of cloud business.
Ability to quickly create rapport and influence key stakeholders
Ability to handle ambiguity within a complex and fast-moving sales organization.
– Fluency in English is essential.
Fluency in other European languages is an added advantage
