• Complete construction projects by preparing engineering design and documentation and confirming specifications.
• Designs construction projects by studying the project concept, drawings and architectural models.
• Preparing engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, charts, aerial photos and tests related to soil composition, topography, hydrologic characteristics, topographical and geological data related to it.
• Determine project costs by calculating labor, materials and related costs.
• Create a feasibility study by analyzing the engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies and compiling data.
• Produce engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans and schedules.
• Asserts adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, building site inspections, and verifying accounts and placements.
• Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
• Maintains operations by enforcing project and operating policies and procedures.
• Providing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipate future legislation; enforcing compliance with the requirements; and advise management on the required actions.
• Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data and completing backups.
• Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
salary:
4,000 to 5,000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.
