CID holds awareness lecture

Manama, Jan. 19 (BNA): The Criminal Information Department of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Sciences organized an awareness lecture on prevention from drugs and psychotropic substances for members of the Budaiya Sports and Cultural Club.

Major Khaled Al-Kaabi and Second Lieutenant Ahmed Rashdan highlighted the dangers of drugs to individuals and society and the type of illegal drugs.

Major Hamad Al-Muhaiza, Head of the Department, explained that the awareness programs aim to shed light on the dangers of narcotic substances and psychotropic substances and how to prevent them.
