Our client is a leading waste management company based in the UAE, looking to expand its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Describe
* Oversee all business operations and activities to ensure that they achieve desired results and are consistent with the group’s overall strategy and mission
* Develop strategies, systems and structures to achieve the mission and vision in line with visions and trends in the local market in Saudi Arabia.
* Oversee the creation and production of effective, high-quality proposals and reports for the Group CEO and Board of Directors
* Develop high-quality strategies and action plans that ensure their alignment with the group’s short- and long-term goals
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
* Ensure that the financial performance of the enterprise is optimal, and strictly supervise profits and losses
* Monitor all site activities to ensure optimum performance of company assets in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Job offer
The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly stipend, including basic housing and transportation allowances. It provides the candidate with an opportunity to advance in the field of environmental management.
* Saudi nationals are preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred)
* At least 15 years of experience in a robust operational environment with at least 5 years of managerial and operational experience
* Proven track record of successfully managing operations and commercial teams
* Executive leadership and PMP qualifications helpful
* Experience in waste management/environment management industry preferred.
