What will you do:
– Acts and behaves in an exemplary manner that embodies the brand mindset
– Supervises the entire shift: ensures that the maximum waiting times set by the brand are respected, checks the way the dishes are served, the temperature of the dishes, etc.
Coordinates with the restaurant staff serving to ensure the service runs smoothly
– Maintains excellent relationships with guests

Keeps cooking instructions up to date
Prepare the kitchen in line with activity level and revised expectations
Pay attention to the cost of food, but do not limit it to the search for a new and original product.
Ensures that all information is duly passed to the relevant departments
– In coordination with POS managers, coordinates kitchen, catering, and “meetings and seminars” services
– Supervising the kitchen staff and catering service
Attends weekly kitchen meetings
Actively participates in the local area to keep up with specific issues and needs
– Hotel management ensures coverage of early morning, evening, weekend and public holidays
Attending department heads meetings
– Tracks the level of services provided based on guest reviews and quality audits
– Provides suggestions for improvement
Ensures that equipment and appliances under his responsibility are used properly and maintained in good condition by kitchen staff
Managing work with integrity and fairness

Participates in kitchen investment decisions
Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and that HACCP hygiene rules are duly applied at all times
Respects instructions and safety guidelines for all equipment used

Your experience includes:
– With great experience in Asian food restaurant management
Professional Certificate or Diploma in Professional Kitchen
– Management experience
– Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
Your skills include:
– Established Asian Cuisine / Similar Cooking Kitchen
