Manama, April 10 (BNA): The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that the monthly issuance of the Salam Islamic Securities Sukuk was oversubscribed by 197%.
Subscriptions of BD 84.501 million were received for the BD 43 million issue, which is due within 91 days.
The expected return on the issue, which begins April 12th and matures on July 12th, is 5.80% compared to 5.78% for the previous issue on March 15th.
Peace Sukuk are issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain on behalf of the Government of Bahrain.
