Manama, October 2, (BNA): In implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, Rashid Mohammed Al-Maraj, issued a decree. The Minister of Industry and Trade, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, also issued a decision to amend the provisions of the Corporate Governance and Management Charter, stipulating that women’s representation be taken into account in the formation of the Board of Directors of the Joint General Authority.
