– Furnishing / Retail: Welcome customers, calculate purchase sales price by scanning sales tags or typing amounts into the system
Multimedia-Specific: products and services sold and complemented in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets, handle event ticket sales
Maintains cleanliness and accuracy of the cash desk (including bill folder where applicable) and ensures consumables (eg bags, rolls, etc.) are replenished throughout the day and properly display marketing/communication tools
Prepare cash, e-card vouchers, discounts, VAT vouchers, etc. at the end of the day and present them in accordance with company policies and security standards and report cash variances
Providing high-level customer service, providing customers with the necessary support, promoting gift cards, selling additional products and services and complementary selling
Ensure that monetary policies and procedures are duly and accurately applied
Handling change requests, laundry and reservations and filling all relevant vouchers and record books as well as amended checks and reservation items upon store opening to ensure they comply with set procedures
Perform accurate transfer in/out of items (to/from shops and warehouses) under the supervision of the Duty Manager
Assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping that prevents security risks and thefts by conducting physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, accidents and suspicious activities

qualifications
– Certificate of Secondary Education
Previous experience in a similar field is a major advantage
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– mastering English language
