Manama, November 1 (BNA) The implementation sector of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority organized an inspection campaign on shops and gathering places for expatriate employees in the southern governorate.
The campaign came in cooperation with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs of the Ministry of Interior and the Southern Governorate Police Directorate, in line with government directives to intensify inspection campaigns to maintain labor market stability.
The campaign resulted in arrests related to violations that affect the fairness, flexibility and competitiveness of the labor market.
Deportation measures have been taken against violators in accordance with the applicable legal mechanisms.
The campaign emphasized the importance of the community’s role in supporting the efforts of government agencies in addressing illegal practices in the labor market
