• Work closely with commercial stakeholders and the business operations team.
• Responsible for working with the NC solution team to translate business processes into E2E use cases.
• The field concerned SAs in achieving the required business processes in an E2E manner.
• Responsible for the safety of E2E use cases
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology or telecommunications.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in providing BSS solutions.
• Domain Experience: OSS / BSS
• Experience from technical job roles required, eg experience from working as an integration engineer or software developer
• Experienced with Netcracker OSS/BSS solution in design and delivery
