We are currently looking for experienced Business Development Executives (Qatar-based applicants only) to support our business in developing and implementing new marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing new marketing strategies
• Work with and expand existing prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target
• Develop database and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to clients after researching their business requirements
• Understand potential business needs and work with expert teams to develop tailored proposals
• Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and innovative manner
• Leads development and preparation of RFP, prequalification, and formal presentations
• Lead the bid preparation and submission in coordination with the technical team
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and progress of open deals
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with potential clients (owner’s representatives, architects, interior designers, etc.)
requirements:
• Minimum 5 plus years of experience in the construction and fit-out sector or related with existing clients
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Advertising or related field
• Qatar experience is essential
• Qatar driving license required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
