• The Business Analyst is responsible for engineering, modeling, and documenting the business architecture layer including motivation, performance, business objects, and enterprise business processes for the smart city’s end-to-end smart service systems. Compatibility and integration with applications, data structures, and technology architectures. (Engineering technology provided by vendors).
• The role of the Business Analyst includes communicating with stakeholders in clients’ business, collaborating closely with the consulting team on exploratory workshops to identify and analyze prerequisites and key features of smart customer services and standards to create an appropriate business architecture, providing direct feedback to application, data and integration engineers and using best practice approaches and unified frameworks for building a smart city services business.
• A business analyst is required to define the architecture of the smart services business by eliciting and documenting stakeholder requirements for all customer smart use cases. Define and create business requirements and write a standard business requirements document [BRD]. As specification of vendor-neutral requirements based on stakeholder needs, best practices, and required integration with the proposed vendor’s existing technology applications, systems or platforms.
• The business analyst will lead the architects for MSI vendors in his areas of work to complete the required delivery. They will verify and validate their business to ensure that their business architectural solutions meet business requirements, and recommend improvements.

• 7+ years of direct experience with intelligent services business architecture design, and documentation modelling.
• Experience with BPMN2 and Business Process Modeling is a must
• Preferred experience with TOGAF 9 Business Engineering and Zachman
• Modeling experience with ARCHIMATE preferred, using Archi and Sparx EA tools
