Manama, Aug. 11 (BUS): The BRAVE Combat Federation officially became the most global MMA organization in sports history on Aug. 6, when the BRAVE CF 61 was launched in Bonn, Germany. . With Germany added to the list of host countries, Brave CF has now traveled to 28 countries in less than six years, surpassing second place UFC, which has hosted shows in 27 countries overall.
Since September 23, 2016, with BRAVE CF 1, the world’s fastest growing MMA promotion has spread around the world, literally. In its first full year of operations, events have been hosted in Bahrain, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, India, Kazakhstan and Mexico.
The number of countries was significantly extended between 2017 and 2018, when Brave CF opened its brand in Jordan, Indonesia, Northern Ireland, Morocco and Colombia.
In its third year of operations, BRAVE CF has rapidly accelerated its pace, hosting shows in Pakistan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines and England. The organization then added Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia and Sweden to the list, and eventually crossed the 20-country barrier with a series of four shows hosted by Stockholm, in mid-2020 during the height of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2021, BRAVE CF is back on the road to help enable mixed martial arts in Europe, hosting events in Russia, Belarus, Italy, Poland and Serbia. Then Brave kicked off 2022 with shows in new regions such as South Korea and Uzbekistan.
Then on August 6th, the BRAVE Combat Federation reached a milestone in its six-year history, becoming the most widely used organization in MMA.
From the BRAVE CF 1 to the BRAVE CF 61, the promotion took 2,144 days to reach this milestone. This feat is impressive given that it took the UFC 9,452 days to reach 27 countries. Aside from the record-breaking Brave CF 61, other milestones through the promotion include Brave CF being the only international MMA organization to host an event in Africa, as well as putting together the first international MMA show in many other countries.
