BIPD to organise national flag competition for school students

Manama, Feb. 18 (BNA): The Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) is organizing a national competition for school students to produce a film on the “national flag”, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Executive Office of the Council of Ministers. The national plan to enhance the spirit of belonging to the homeland and consolidate the values ​​of patriotism, “Bahrainiuna”.

The competition coincides with the Kingdom’s celebrations of the twenty-second anniversary of the adoption of the National Action Charter.

BIPD also intends to implement training workshops for teachers on the content of the national flag and how to activate it with students, in addition to conducting field visits to schools and activating the morning queue by holding entertaining and educational competitions for students.

These events come within the framework of the integrated national efforts aimed at translating the goals of Bahrain to consolidate national belonging and consolidate the values ​​of citizenship and its initiatives, which have exceeded 100 on the ground.

The institute indicated that the competition seeks to enhance the values ​​of belonging and national loyalty and consolidate citizenship among middle school students, and spread the spirit of challenge and fair competition among them, through the production of a film dealing with the symbols of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She also confirmed that the partnership with the Ministry of Education, the Executive Office of Bahrain and other national institutions enables the Institute to reach various social segments, especially youth.

The institute emphasized the importance of its partnership and continuous cooperation with the Ministry of Education to reach students of all ages and contribute to the optimal activation of the school environment as a platform to spread their awareness and promote the values ​​of loyalty and national belonging, in addition to introducing them to their rights and duties, which reflects positively on their behavior and daily practices.
