BIBF building wins two prestigious awards at International Property Awards

Dubai, November 9 (BNA) The headquarters of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), the region’s leading provider of training and development, received two coveted awards at the 2022-2023 International Real Estate Awards, for the best overall award. Held in Dubai, the event was attended by top international participants, experts and judges with extensive experience in real estate, construction and engineering.

The International Property Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the world that celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the real estate and real estate industry. Prize entries are judged by an independent panel of over ninety industry experts and focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to project sustainability.

The BIBF Institute building was designed by Gulf House Engineering Company, considering all the requirements available in its strategic location, with a total structural area of ​​25,000 square meters that can accommodate 1,200 trainees at any time.

On this occasion, Director of BIBF Dr. Ahmed Al Sheikh said: “We are extremely proud to have won this prestigious award. As a leading academic institution in Bahrain, the building has been carefully designed to contribute to the Kingdom’s ambitious development plans.”

“The Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, inaugurated early this year, this building is a new step forward in the Institute’s efforts to offer high-quality training programs in line with the latest global trends in this field of business.” Dr. Sheikh added.
