BIBF, Alba to empower Bahrain’s workforce through training partnership

Manama, April 12 (BNA): The Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies signed a memorandum of understanding with Aluminum Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) to explore areas of cooperation and opportunities for continuous training.

Under the terms of the agreement, the BIBF will provide training to Alba’s employees in diverse business areas such as accounting, finance, design thinking, project management, procurement, and supply chain among other topics.

“We are delighted to collaborate with Alba, one of the leading industrial companies in Bahrain, and to offer our expertise in training and development. The MoU will enable us to share knowledge and resources, while also providing training to enhance the skills of Alba employees,” said the BIBF Director. d said Ahmad Al-Sheikh.

“This partnership is in line with BIBF’s mission to support the development of human capital in key industries in Bahrain, and we look forward to working closely with Alba to design training programs tailored to meet their specific requirements and enhance the skills of their workforce.” added.

Alba CEO Ali Al Baqali said that training is at the core of the transformation of our people and that being a major asset in Bahrain comes with greater social responsibility towards our national employees and the local community as a whole.
