Timely delivery of guests’ baggage, letters and any other items for delivery within the property
Personalize the orientation of guests in their rooms in a professional, friendly and engaging manner
– Maintain your presence in the lobby as a property and brand ambassador, providing exceptional guest service
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character is essential; Customer related experience an asset
