What will you do:
Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, the primary job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure that the bell desk is on at all times
Ensure smooth and fast baggage handling for all incoming/outgoing guests.
Maintain close relationship with reception/information/treasurer as well as other departments.
Attend all guest calls for doorbell related services / door services.
– Authorizing bellmen to pick up luggage from guest rooms.
– Top up Errand cards for all baggage movements (check-in, check-out, remaining baggage, etc.)
– For any guest requests, the guest must be re-contacted for complete satisfaction.
– Check the inventory of loaned items, all items are collected at or before check-out time.
All baggage movements are tagged and recorded.
Ensure that left-luggage forms are duly filled out and signed by the guest as well as all applicable policies are explained to the guest

Banyan Tree will operate and expand the luxury Ashar camp, embracing the region’s Arab heritage to seamlessly blend with the stunning landscapes of Wadi Ashar and stand at the heart of the planned “living museum” experience in AlUla. The camp is located near AlUla’s iconic Maraya Concert Hall and recently hosted guests of the annual Winter At Festival.
Tantora Cultural Festival, which raises the visitors’ experiences by linking them to the nature, art and origins of AlUla.
