Manama, April 11 (BNA) The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received the US Ambassador to Bahrain Stephen Bundy.
It was attended by Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Diab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi.
The Commander in Chief wished the ambassador success in his new diplomatic mission.
Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed praised the existing friendship between Bahrain and the United States, and ways to strengthen them at various levels, especially military coordination and defense cooperation.
