Manama, May 22 (BNA): Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, met Major General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Staff Committee of Pakistan, in the capital. In the presence of Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defense, and Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force.
The Commander-in-Chief praised the Bahraini-Pakistani relations, and reviewed ways to develop military cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Major General Hassan Muhammad Saad, Director of the General Command Court, Major General Ghanem Ibrahim Al-Fadala, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, and Major General Muhammad Youssef Al-Asam, Director of Military Cooperation.
