Manama, May 2 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser, Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council and Commander of the Royal Guard, received a cable of congratulations from Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander of the Bahrain Defense Force. Chief Marshal following the issuance of an order by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to promote His Highness to the rank of lieutenant general.
