Manama, May 30 (BNA): Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, chaired the meeting of the Bahrain Defense Force’s Supreme Medical Committee.
The Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the development plans and the committee’s role in promoting military medical services.
He pointed out that the medical services in the Bahrain Defense Force have witnessed great progress thanks to the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
He praised the efforts of medical personnel in developing and upgrading services, which made the medical services of the Bahrain Defense Force one of the leading health institutions in the region.
