Manama, October 17 (BNA) The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received here today the Commander of the US Central Command, Lieutenant-General Michael Corella. The delegation accompanying him and in the presence of Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Diab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi.
The commander of the Bahrain Defense Force praised the strong Bahraini-US friendly relations, which are steadily developing at all levels, which will further enhance bilateral cooperation and coordination.
He expressed his hope for the continuation of joint coordination in various fields, especially the military field, to serve the defense relations between the two countries.
