Manama, December 15 (BNA) The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received today at the General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force, Brigadier General Saeed Muhanna Al Kaabi, who presented him with a copy of his book on golf in Bahrain.
The Commander in Chief praised the efforts made by Brigadier General Al Kaabi in writing his book, which documents the rich history of golf in Bahrain and the most prominent Bahraini golfers.
The author praised the support that golf enjoys in Bahrain thanks to the constant interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He also emphasized the distinguished role played by the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force in supporting the sport of golf in the Kingdom.
