Manama, June 27 (BNA) Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) hosted an accreditation ceremony for employees who have completed the supervisory development program offered by Excellence Training Solutions (ETS).
The UK-based program has enabled employees to acquire, hone and nurture their leadership skills in their various fields of work.
After a two-week period, 17 employees from various departments, including shipping, air, workshop, maintenance and security, successfully obtained their certifications by attending virtual and in-person classes.
The course included ten main topics – effective problem solving and decision making, critical thinking, professional supervisor, interpersonal skills, business writing, coaching and mentoring, handling complaints, dealing with difficult people, motivating your workforce, and building relationships for success in the workplace. .
