What will you do:
– Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service
– Assist guests with all items of the beverage menu in an informative and informative manner
– Mix drinks and control drinks stock as directed
Full knowledge of drink menus and promotions
– Complete knowledge of all menu items, decorations, contents and preparation methods
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Other duties assigned
Your experience and skills include:
– Previous waiter experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
– Previous POS system experience an asset
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
