A Dubai-based restaurant chain known for its classic French and Lebanese cuisine.
Job title:
• Welcoming guests by identifying their interests and coffee needs.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies, while answering any questions by presenting and explaining the coffee drinks menu
• Maintain inventory by replenishing the supply of coffee beans. Storage of coffee brewing equipment. Keep supplies, pastries and cookies for the coffee bar
• Keep equipment in good working order by following operating instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; maintenance supplies; Perform preventive maintenance. Reporting to supervisor for repair needs.
• Clean work areas, dispose of garbage at the end of the shift, and sterilize tools and equipment
qualifications:
• Open to any Southeast Asian national
• 45 years and under
• At least two years of work experience in the same role in the UAE or home country
• Must have experience in high level / outstanding / respected restaurants
