What will you do:
To promote competence, confidence, fitness and an extremely high level of social skills.
To promote and ensure good interdepartmental relations in general.
Demonstrate gentle manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
Demonstrate workplace pride and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel, thereby defining a high level of commitment.
To assist the Assistant Director in any task specified/detailed by him/her.
Taking time, getting to know the guests, and committing to outstanding service.
Providing honest, warm and enthusiastic service that ensures guest satisfaction.
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and passion for everything from food and drinks
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
