Bahrain’s Ambassador to the US signs agreement Chief of Denver Police

Manama, February 13 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States of America, Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chief of the Denver Police, Paul Bazin, on strengthening joint efforts. Between the two sides in the field of exchanging experiences and developing the performance of police community service.

The ambassador praised the comprehensive reform approach pursued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, which enhances the values ​​of social cohesion and the role of the well-established community partnership in strengthening it.

In this regard, he stressed that the Community Service Police works with all segments of society and its institutions in a way that contributes to community service in several areas, foremost of which is protecting its security and safety.

He valued the efforts of the security services in combating organized and transitional crime. He also praised the cooperation and coordination between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America in this regard.

The ambassador pointed out that the memorandum of understanding that was signed ensures the continuation of joint work to enhance security cooperation and coordination to develop community service police mechanisms to deal with current and future developments and challenges.

The signing was attended by the security attache at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Washington, Captain Hamad Khalil Al-Meer.
