Tokyo, October 25 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Tokyo Ahmed Mohammed Al-Dosari attended the meeting of the Council of Arab Ambassadors with Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa.
The Japanese minister indicated that his country attaches great importance to the long-term friendship relations with the Arab countries, expressing his hope to continue strengthening cooperation with the Arab world to achieve common interests and aspirations.
He called on the Arab ambassadors to strengthen Japanese-Arab relations in various fields and in the field of clean and renewable energy, and to cooperate in scientific and academic fields.
During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were discussed, including the situation in Ukraine and East Asia, as well as peace in the Middle East. The two sides agreed on the importance of expanding contacts and consultations.
