Bahraini medical team participated in UAE’s ‘Gallant Knight 2’ operation in Türkiye

Ankara, April 27 (BNA): A medical team from the Royal Medical Services (RMS) of the Bahrain Defense Force participated in the UAE’s Gallant Knight 2 operation, as part of the mobile field hospital initiative launched by the Ministry of Defense. The UAE supports the survivors of the earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey, and contributes to their rehabilitation.

Emirati general surgery consultant Dr. Ahmed Al Mazrouei confirmed, in a televised report broadcast by the Abu Dhabi satellite channel, that the participation of Bahraini doctors strengthened the capabilities of the Emirati field hospital, and created a good opportunity for the exchange of experiences.

He added that Bahrain and the UAE always strive for good.

A Bahraini doctor confirmed that the participation of the Kingdom’s medical team strengthened solidarity and cooperation with the Emirati team, as everyone worked together to support and save the brothers in Turkey in the face of the repercussions of the earthquake.

He pointed out that the efforts made by the teams of the two countries resulted in the treatment of a large number of injured people as a result of the earthquake.

Dr. Salem Al-Othman stressed that Bahrain and the Emirates are always united in the service of all humanity.

The Abu Dhabi TV report confirmed that the participation of the Bahraini medical team in Operation Gallant Knight 2 increased the capacity of the field hospital and reaffirmed the brotherhood between the two countries.
