Manama, February 13 (BNA) The President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Sheikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received today in her office at the Bahrain National Museum the Danish ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, residing in Riyadh. Emile Mosby.
They discussed ways to enhance cultural relations between Bahrain and Denmark.
Sheikha Mai highlighted the most important urban and cultural projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting the contribution of Danish architects to the cultural infrastructure in the Kingdom.
The Danish ambassador praised the Bahraini cultural work, praising the efforts of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities in preserving Bahrain’s cultural landmarks. He visited the Arts Center, where he was briefed on the joint art exhibition “Sherif and Sharif”, which displays the works of the artist Abdel Rahim Sharif and his son Hisham Sharif.
