Bahraini Ambassador to India participates in SCO International Conference

New Delhi, March 24 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to India, Abdulrahman Al-Quoud, participated in the international conference of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which was held under the presidency of India on March 23-24 in the new Indian capital. Delhi.


The conference aims to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, with the participation of the organization’s partners in dialogue and members of the Observatory. It also aims to highlight the most important regional and international issues and coordinate efforts to deal with them.


The Bahraini ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his wishes for the conference all success. He also conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and thanked the Indian government for hosting the conference.


The Bahraini ambassador praised India’s efforts during its presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, stressing the importance of the organization in enhancing cooperation to address regional and international issues. He also thanked the organization for granting the Kingdom of Bahrain the status of a “dialogue partner”, stressing Bahrain’s commitment to the organization and its members and its support for all efforts aimed at achieving the goals of the organization.
