Bahraini ambassador to France presents his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vatican

Vatican, October 27 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the French Republic, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar Abdullah, presented his credentials today to His Holiness Pope Francis, the Vatican’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State. The Vatican, residing in Paris.


The ambassador conveyed to the King the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressing the importance of further strengthening relations between the two countries at all levels. .


Dr. Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar Abdullah also assured His Holiness that the Kingdom of Bahrain pursues a policy of peace, tolerance, openness and dialogue, indicating that the Kingdom is looking forward to the expected historic visit that he will pay on November 3.


For his part, His Holiness expressed his happiness on his first visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, looking forward to participating in the “Bahrain Forum for Dialogue: East and West for Human Coexistence”. His Holiness congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment, noting that he will get all support for the success of his diplomatic mission.
