Manama, November 10 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, praised the success of the Bahraini-Emirati joint anti-terror exercise “Julmud 3”, which was held under the patronage of His Highness. His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State.
He said in a statement that the joint exercise confirms the importance that the two leaders attach to the role of security and stability in serving the goals of sustainable development and protecting regional stability.
He said that the exercise conducted by the Royal Guard of the Bahrain Defense Force and the UAE Presidential Guard represents one of the forms of military and security cooperation between the two brotherly countries and reflects their keenness and commitment to support the maintenance of international peace and security.
He praised the long-standing historical relations and the keenness to enhance cooperation and joint coordination and support the political and economic partnership.
