Doha, May 11 (BNA): Bahrain will host South Korea, Jordan and Malaysia in Group E of the AFC Asian Cup in January 2023, after the draw was held in Doha, Qatar today.
The draw took place in the presence of Gianni Infantino, FIFA President, Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Asian Football Confederation, and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Qatar Football Association.
The following is the result of the Asian Cup Qatar 2023 draw:
Group A: Qatar, China, Tajikistan and Lebanon
Group B: Australia, Uzbekistan, Syria, India
Group C: Iran, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Palestine
Group D: Japan, Indonesia, Iraq, Vietnam
Group E: South Korea, Malaysia, Jordan, Bahrain
