Manama, November 9 (BNA) A senior official said that Bahrain has led the aviation industry and has achieved remarkable progress in it, as it celebrates the tenth anniversary of hosting the Bahrain International Air Show.
“Bahrain is a pioneer in organizing international events and has proven to the world that it can deliver the best,” said GPIC Chairman Kamal bin Ahmed.
The sixth edition of the Bahrain International Airshow is an important event that has established itself in the aviation industry.
“We have seen its progress and seen how it has evolved from year to year as it approaches its 10th anniversary.”
He added that although the competition to organize an air show at the global level is very intense, Bahrain has proven its ability to deliver a successful air show.
“What makes Bahrain unique and different from others is that we are a friendly country, and we welcome everyone. And here we are talking about business, and we need to bring in people from different parts of the world to create a good atmosphere for them,” he said.
Ahmed wished all participants success and a wonderful stay in Bahrain.
