Bahrain national team to head to Iraq to participate in Khaleeji 25

Manama, Jan. 2 (BNA): The Bahrain national football team will head tomorrow, Tuesday, to the Iraqi city of Basra, to participate in the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup (Gulf 25), which will be held on January 6 and 19.


The delegation is led by a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Football Association and Chairman of the Competitions Committee, Muhannad Al-Ansari, and the delegation includes the national coach, Helio Souza, and 23 players.


The delegation also includes Secretary-General of the Boao Forum for Asia, member of the Arab Gulf Cup Competitions Committee, Rashid Al Zoghbi, Head of Legal Affairs of the Boao Forum for Asia, Abdul Ansari, Head of the Media Center of the Boao Forum for Asia, Member of the Gulf Media Committee 25 Ahmed Mahdi, Director of National Teams, Muhammad Salmeen, and other officials.
